That wouldn’t be a bad idea. At least it would be better and more meaningful compared to modern rap topics such as clubbing, cars, money, and the Bs + Hs.
such tender words true friendships are hard to find and not easily let go of for a time…then again that kind of love really knows no distance but it sure doesn’t make it easier..what a wonderful tribute.
glad you enjoyed it. my son had me read it to him, over and over. then wanted me to write about him and Q some more. i told him he only gets one poem, but can have all the memories he wants. 😉
Hi,
Thanks for visiting my blog, and for the kind comment. Your visit brought this wonderful blog of yours to my (short little span of) attention. I like the use of the limericks in the poem; I have never thought to try that. Very well done 🙂
Lovely, really lovely i can relate so much since my soul sister lives away from me and its hard yet such wonderful bond its actually ok for it to be that way…..

This reminds me of a friend i lost in a plane crush. Just that he went without a proper parting and never be back again. sweet sorrow, heh.
oh, that’s terribly sad. I’m glad my poem made you think of your friend, though. Sounds like you should write one for him.
