Hello! My name is a limerick.

Boy, oh boy, was I put to the test today. I went to the monthly gathering of ladies in Amman and was asked to do the “Getting to Know You” portion and the name tags. My brainstorm idea had me coming up with about 35 limericks in the past 24 hours.

The sweetest little boy came with his mom and asked me to write one for him. His name was a bit of a challenge, but I just couldn’t say no. After reading it to him, his mother told me that he DOES want to be a doctor when he grows up!

Here come the challenges: These two gals had names I simply could not rhyme on the spot. I actually wrote them when I got home. Mary Elizabeth, quite the heckler, gets two just to get me off the hook. UmSajeda, I never thought I could do it. I hope you like it.
