Sometimes when speaking a foreign language you overcompensate on the rules you just know you should be using. In Arabic, there is no letter p. When learning to say the p sound, Arabic speakers put a tissue in front of their mouths to show how there is a little extra puff of air. Case in point, Little Picky Marshmallows. I am thinking that the sign maker here was trying to actually imbrove ubon the broduct.
Arabic speakers not from Egypt compensate also by replacing the hard g sound with a j sound.
